Basic information: The library of the Institute of Contemporary History is a specialised library, collecting and storing the resources for scientific researchers and fans of contemporary history. Initially its materials mostly encompassed books and magazines on the history of World War II and history of the workers' movement. However, as the Institute's areas of interest expanded, its library has also procured materials about the political, economic, social and cultural history of Slovenians.
 
Opening hours: Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
